This is my day job. Since May 2025 I've worked as a WordPress Support Specialist at FixRunner, troubleshooting and fixing client sites every day.
White screens, critical errors, broken layouts and plugin conflicts. I trace the cause, fix it and tell you what happened in plain words.
Infected files and hidden admin users removed, then the site hardened and backed up so it doesn't happen again.
I measure first, fix what is actually slow (images, scripts, caching, database), and send you a before-and-after report.
Titles, headings, alt text, sitemaps, redirects and broken links, so search engines can read your site properly.

Yes. I work under your agency's name, inside your staging sites, project tools and email if needed. I never contact your client unless you ask me to.
Small fixes and tweaks usually take 1–2 working days. Landing pages take 3–5 days, and full Shopify or WordPress builds take 2–4 weeks depending on pages and features. You get a firm timeline with your quote.
Every job has a fixed price, agreed before work starts. There's no hourly billing. Quick fixes start at $49, website builds at $400 and maintenance plans at $79 a month. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately first.
Through whatever your team already uses: email, WhatsApp or Slack. I reply between 6am–9pm IST, Mon–Sat, and new briefs get a scope and price within one working day. I'm based in India (IST), which overlaps with UK and European mornings and Australian afternoons.
Yes. Founders and business owners can hire me directly, with the same process, fixed pricing and quality as agency projects.
If the same issue returns within 14 days of a fix, I fix it again free of charge. New or unrelated problems get a separate quote first.
Small fixes within the agreed scope are covered after handover. For ongoing updates, backups and security, a monthly maintenance plan keeps the site looked after. New work always gets a clear quote first.
I do, personally, from the first review to handover. No juniors, no outsourcing and no hand-offs.
Usually a temporary admin or staff account for WordPress or Shopify, plus hosting access for speed or security work. Please create a separate login for me rather than sharing your own, and remove it once the job is done.
